Reclining on my bed,
Listening to the platter of raindrops,
Smelling the fresh summer breeze,
I feel myself rejuvenate.
How I wish to go out,
Get drenched to my bones,
Feel the raindrops on my skin,
And dance in the rain.
Alas! A wish always remain a wish,
For I am confined to bed,
Neither can I move nor can I dance,
For my limbs are invalid.
But I can wander my thoughts,
To the land of blissful delight,
Where my invalid limbs unconcerned,
I dance to the utmost limit.
